All payments made for listing plans, promotions, or digital advertisements through Razorpay are non-refundable. Once a listing or service has been purchased, no cancellation or refund request will be entertained under any circumstances.
Since listings and plans are activated digitally, users cannot cancel the service once payment is made. Please ensure you review all listing details before making the payment.
We reserve the right to cancel any listing or service if we find it violates our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
If a transaction fails but your amount is deducted, it will be automatically refunded by Razorpay to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
